  • Commissioned and started a business using CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) to Chiyoda Denshi Keisan Co., Ltd. The aim was to strengthen support services for customers of our products and to promote the signing of new and renewal maintenance contracts, upgrades for paid exchanges, and orders for supply products by customers.
